Project Management
Our team works with yours-or takes full responsibility for managing rollout/remodel and meeting your schedule. Fifteen years supporting national rollouts for clients in different industries have given us the experience, discipline, and project management tools to keep construction and maintenance schedules on track. We've managed tens of thousands of store openings without a "lost sales day" because electrical product was not there.

We deal directly in large volumes with the manufacturers to eliminate expensive markups. In addition to negotiating the best pricing, NESCO has negotiated a warranty extension with most manufacturers—from the industry-standard one-year warranty to a 5-year warranty—to save you even more. Our automated purchasing systems and professional contract management streamlines processes to give you more control, with less time and effort.

Energy Management
Our experts analyze your planned or existing lighting and daily operations to uncover ways to save money, conserve energy, and meet local, state and federal regulations—all while maintaining the integrity of your lighting design and brand identity.

Site Analysis
We can uncover issues, as well as opportunities for energy conservation and other savings, early in the design process—with a detailed, point-by-point lighting analysis of your blueprints and properties—and a review of all applicable local, state and federal regulations.

NESCO offers a convenient program for the environmental and legal disposal and recycling of many of your lighting and electrical products.

Maintenance, Repair & Operations
NESCO can work with you, your facility and operations managers to set up and implement a complete MRO program for all of your locations. We work with your resources, or do it all. Services include an easy-to-use custom online catalog with your corporate-approved materials, and sourcing and management of local qualified labor.

Custom Invoicing/EDI
We do business the way that’s easiest for you. By purchase order, by store, and/or all rolled up into one, we will configure your statements to meet your purchasing and business needs. We can also work with you to set up a secure, easy-to-use, custom EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solution for integrated electronic pricing, purchasing, acknowledgement, shipping notification, invoicing and payment with NESCO.

Custom Reporting
Whether you want weekly reports, monthly reports; or just one report—we’ll present the information you need in the format you want. We’ll work with you to develop reports on project milestones, orders placed, inventory and more—by individual location, region, and/or across all of your locations. If you wish, we can integrate our reporting system with yours to further simplify getting and disseminating information.

Training
NESCO offers a range of seminars on key topics such new lighting regulations, energy management, safety, and recycling and disposal. We will also work with you to develop custom training for your purchasing managers, operations managers, location managers, and other staff on topics such as how to maintain lamps and fixtures and how to program and use store lighting systems.

Quarterly Review
Experience has shown us the value of regular communication, so we ask for the opportunity to meet with you once-a-quarter to review our performance and to keep you up-to-date on technology, industry, and regulatory changes that may impact your business. Meetings can be brief, informal or formal. It’s a way for us to check in and tweak processes and procedures—for optimal efficiency and the satisfaction of your entire team.
